Witnesses of Natrona Heights potential hit-and-run needed by police

NATRONA HEIGHTS, Pa. — Harrison Township police are asking anyone who may have witnessed a potential hit-and-run in Natrona Heights Sunday to come forward.

Investigators said the 50-year-old victim was hit by a gold Jeep while jogging near the intersection of Poplar and Spring Hills roads. 
Officers said, after being hit, the man walked or jogged to a home on Lilac Street around 5:15 p.m.

According to police, the man suffered a head injury and has been in and out of consciousness.

So far, police have not been able to get much information from the victim because of his injury.

Investigators said they are treating the incident as a hit-and-run, but aren’t sure if the victim talked to the driver and claimed to be OK after he was hit.
