INDIANA, Pa. - Authorities have identified an Indiana County woman who died in a head-on collision overnight.
Investigators said 60-year-old Mary Jo Scott was driving south on Route 119 in Rayne when she lost control of her car and crossed the centerline.
Scott’s car went into the path of an oncoming tractor-trailer. Officials said Scott, who died at the scene, was not wearing a seat belt.
The driving of the tractor-trailer was not injured, officials said.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
