PITTSBURGH - Two women accused of stealing a puppy from the Animal Rescue League were in court Thursday.
Nicole Beausanio, 26, and Kayla Pint, 25, took the dog last week and were caught on camera doing it, police said.
“Should I smile? Should I say cheese? Do you want a picture?” Beausanio said to Channel 11’s cameras after the preliminary hearing.
The judge decided to continue it until April.
Channel 11’s Jennifer Tomazic learned Thursday that Beausanio pleaded guilty to retail theft a month ago.
