PITTSBURGH - A woman died in an early-morning crash on Route 28, police said.
Investigators said the accident happened around 12:30 a.m. near the Heinz Plant.
Officials said the driver spun out of control before her car hit a utility pole.
The medical examiner identified the victim as 32-year-old Sarah Temmel, of Pittsburgh.
Emergency dispatchers said the woman was rushed to Allegheny General Hospital, where she later died.
