LOWER BURRELL, Pa. — An Allegheny Township woman will serve up to 20 years in prison for trying to kill her ex-boyfriend on a Lower Burell road two years ago.
According to Channel 11 News exchange partners at TribLIVE, Lisa Wikert pleaded guilty Wednesday to attempted murder. Investigators said she rammed her car into the back of Darrin Wikert's motorcycle on Leechburg Road in 2010.
Police said the incident happened just months after Lisa Wikert's probation ended for a 2004 arson. In that case, police said Lisa Wikert also tried to kill Darrin Wikert.
