PITTSBURGH - A man crashed into an unmarked police car in Pittsburgh’s Strip District Monday morning, and tried running from officers.
The incident happened near the intersection of 16th Street and Penn Avenue.
Investigators said the driver, Darnell Arrington Haley, crashed into the unmarked car and took off.
Another officer eventually caught up with Haley and two other passengers a short time later. Police said all three men tried running, but were eventually taken into custody.
Haley is facing several charges, including fleeing and eluding, DUI, tampering with evidence and driving without a license.
