A McKees Rocks man pleaded guilty Wednesday for fatally shooting a man in August 2015.
Joshua Strayhorn, 24, appeared before Judge Jill Rangos and pleaded guilty to third-degree murder in the shooting death of 22-year-old Michael Nolen. The shooting happened along Frederick Street in McKees Rocks.
Strayhorn was sentenced to 15 to 30 years in prison, the Allegheny County district attorney said.
