13 From Pittsburgh Area Arrested For Child Porn

State police in Indiana said they have arrested 13 people from four Pittsburgh-area counties on child pornography charges.

Police said the suspects were arrested following investigations over the past three months.

Authorities said the suspects possessed or disseminated child pornography.

Some of the seized computers had thousands of images and movies depicting children engaged in sexual acts, police said.

The suspects arrested are:

Andrew Kernicky, 30, of Pittsburgh

Edward Melodini, 24, of Pittsburgh

Michael Brent Mortimer, 36, of Coraopolis

Christopher Carman, 25, of Duquesne

Ernst A. Wohlmacher, 36, of Coraopolis

Alex Shelton, 28, of Brentwood

Charles Poole, 18, of Washington, Pa.

Anthony Robert DeSabato, 30, of Pittsburgh

Andrew Bellini, 18, of Carnegie

Anthony Raymond Rodgers, 27, of Swissvale

Robert Obrien, 70, of North Huntington Township

Patrick Purcell, 44, of Pittsburgh
