2 Men Charged For Leaving Baby Alone At Ross Park Mall

ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pa. —

A father was charged after police said he left his 4-month-old baby alone inside a car for about an hour and a half on Monday while he shopped at Ross Park Mall.

Ross Township police responded to a call by mall security shortly after 5 p.m.

Police said the baby's father, Jordan Carr, 25, of Ross Township, and the baby's uncle, Ethan Perry, of Salkum, Washington, were arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and leaving an unattended child in a motor vehicle.

The baby's mother, who police said drove to the mall in a separate car to meet Carr, will not face any charges.

Paramedics said the baby was not injured.
