GREENSBURG, Pa. —
The rocks were thrown from a train trestle towering some 30 feet above College Avenue near Seton Hill University.
Five vehicles were struck in a matter of minutes. All of the drivers pulled over. One called police. Shortly after the call was made, police officers arrived and apprehended the boys.
Investigators said some of the rocks thrown were the size of baseballs and did a lot of damage to the vehicles.
The boys were turned over to their parents.
Investigators said the boys may be charged. They are awaiting estimates from the victims before deciding what to with the juveniles.
