Accused Port Authority PickPocket Turns Himself In

 

PITTSBURGH —

A man wanted for allegedly robbing elderly people on Port Authority buses has turned himself in to police.

Kevin Parks, 37, is accused of pick-pocketing bus riders while his partners create distractions.

Police believe Parks was working with at least two other people.

Parks is being charged with six counts of robbery which took place over a 2 year period.

They are known to frequent the city and Mt. Oliver areas on the 46G, 51C, 61A, and 71A.
