An al-Qaeda-backed magazine is encouraging its readers in the U.S. to plan more attacks like the Boston Marathon bombing.In its upcoming issue, the magazine “Inspire” labels the Boston Marathon bombers as heroes.The authors argue the violence proves that single attacks can be effective.Three people were killed and at least 264 injured, including a Charlotte woman who is still recovering from her injuries.Two years ago, Samir Khan, who was from Charlotte, was killed during a U.S. drone attack in Yemen.Khan wrote for “Inspire” magazine.He wrote how-to articles on things such as bomb making.He was once a student at Central Piedmont Community College.
