Allegheny Co. Most-Wanted Fugitive Roundup Continues

PITTSBURGH —

The Allegheny County Sheriff's Office has arrested two more people on its 20 most wanted list and is crediting Comcast's On Demand channel with helping out.

John Henry Howard, 43, of Glassport, was wanted on charges of failing to comply with his sex offender registration requirements.

Police said they apprehended him at an apartment building Monday night. He is currently being held in the Allegheny County Jail.

A second fugitive, Akeem Caldwell, 24, was wanted on drug charges and had failed to appear in court.

A Comcast viewer who saw Caldwell's mugshot on the On-Demand channel alerted police that Caldwell was already in jail in Ohio on other charges. He will be extradited back to Pittsburgh to answer to his pending cases here.
