ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. —
Council members are considering legislation to make all workplaces, including restaurants and bars, smoke-free.
The sponsor of the proposed ordinance, Rich Fitzgerald, expects the measure will be approved.
If that happens, it will have to be signed by Allegheny County chief executive Dan Onorato.
