Ambridge Home Invaders Duct-Tape Victim

 

AMBRIDGE, Pa. —

Police in Ambridge are searching for two home invaders accused of duct-taping a man in his home on Monday.

According to police, a man and woman entered a home along Glenwood Avenue at about 1 p.m. Police said the two sat on the couch talking for a few minutes before putting on yellow gloves and binding the victim, who is in his 70s.

Police said the man taped the victim's legs, hands and mouth before leaving the residence without taking anything.

The victim, whose name has not been released, was able to crawl to the door, where neighbors found and freed him.

Police said the home invaders fled the scene.
