GREENSBURG, Pa. —
A home video of the exchange was played in court on Monday.
State police say 40-year-old Trooper Christopher Miller was caught on tape scuffling with his 72-year-old neighbor, Terrence Hurd, this past summer. Investigators said the two men have been in an ongoing battle over the past year.
On Sept. 25 the Hurds said they video taped Miller making contact with them after a judge ordered Miller to make no contact with them.

In the video, Miller can be heard screaming and sometimes singing at the Hurds. At one point he said, "You don't have the right to videotape my daughter. You're violating every right that she has. She is an innocent, little, godly child and you are a pathetic piece of [expletive]."
After the video aired in court, Miller took the stand. He said the Hurds harass and torment his three young children, calling them names and racial slurs.
Hurd's wife, Barbara Hurd, also took the stand on Monday. She said she called police on Sept. 25 after she said Miller approached her husband in the back yard.
Barbara Hurd said her husband went outside to mow the grass when Miller came out of his home next door. Barbara Hurd said she grabbed her video camera and started taping.
Barbara Hurd said Miller threatened them by saying things like, "you're going to suffer greatly" and "you'll pay for everything."
The judge increased Miller's bond was from $10,000 to $20,000 unsecured. He told Miller that if he violates his bond again, he will go to jail.
