Bus Passengers Injured In Highway Accident

 

SOUTH STRABANE TWP., Pa. —

A half dozen bus riders are recovering from a rocky run-in with a tractor-trailer.

The bus crash happened in South Strabane Township, Washington County.

Police said a Greyhound Bus rear-ended the tractor trailer on I-79 around lunchtime.

According to investigators, the truck stopped short when it was cut off by a car entering its lane.

One child was taken to Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh.

None of the injuries are believed to be life-threatening.
