Child Struck By Car In New Castle

 

NEW CASTLE, Pa. —

A child was hospitalized Wednesday morning after being struck by a car in New Castle.

The child was struck along East Washington Street about a block away from the Thaddeaus Stevens Primary Center School.

The child, whose name hasn’t been released, was taken to a hospital with unknown injuries.

There is no word on whether charges will be filed against the driver.

Police continue to investigate.
