Crash Kills Woman In Fayette County

A pedestrian was killed late Saturday night in Fayette County, emergency dispatch workers said.

The coroner's office said the victim is an unidentified white female.

She was hit at about midnight on Route 40 in Menallen Township.

Further details will be released after autopsy and toxicology tests, the coroner's office said.

The case is being investigated by the Pennsylvania State Police.
