Doctor Awaiting Molestation Trial Faces More Accusations

BUTLER, Pa. —

A Butler County doctor awaiting trial on molestation charges is now facing new accusations.

Two teenage boys, ages 15 and 17, are accusing Dr. David Evanko of assaulting them during examinations.

One boy told police Evanko, 55, of Chicora, locked the door during the exam. However, Evanko's defense attorney said that isn't possible since there are no locks on the doors.

Evanko was already awaiting trial on charges he molested two boys in the 1990s when he was the leader of the Boy Scouts' Troop 10 in Butler.
