UNIONTOWN, Pa. —
They have had the two-year-old Stafford Pit Bull Terrier since Monday's attack in West Brownsville.
Robert Martin owns the animal and voluntarily surrendered it after it bit one person in the leg, another in the hadn, and still a third in the face.
"It's just a sad situation for everybody around because he just had it neutered, and he doesn't know how it got out of its yard," said Teresa Linden of the Humane Society.
All victims are expected to recover.
Humane officers said since the owner is taking full responsiblity that charges are unlikely.
