Dozens Of Alleged Victims Show Up For Restroom Peeping Tom Trial

WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. —

Dozens of alleged victims showed up in court Tuesday for the preliminary hearing for a Westmoreland County man accused of taking pictures of men in public restrooms.

Police said Christopher Marsh, 30, of Blairsville, used his cell phone to record video of men in bathroom stalls, including one at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Investigators said some of the victims were students and others were store employees.

"There were a lot of victims here. That's a good sign. I mean, they are still active and participating as far as the strength of the case," said District Attorney Patrick Dougherty.

Marsh did not contest the 76 criminal counts against him and through his attorney he waived his case to Commonwealth Court. The counts include stalking and invasion of privacy.

Dougherty said that Marsh's actions appeared to be premeditated. No date has been set for his trial.
