Driver Loses Control Of Vehicle, Plows Into Elizabeth Township Home

 

ELIZABETH TOWNSHIP., Pa. —

An Elizabeth Township family returned home Wednesday morning after a car slammed into their house.

The accident happened at about 9 p.m. Tuesday along Boston Hollow Road in Elizabeth Township.

Firefighters said the car went off the road, missed a retaining wall and then crashed into the corner of the home.

The car was about 7 feet inside the home when firefighters arrived, authorities said.

No one was in the home at the time of the accident, and the driver of the car was not hurt.
