A preliminary hearing was held Friday for a man Pittsburgh police call one of the city’s most dangerous.
Julian Davis is accused in the pistol killings of Ricardo Cooper, 30, and Shakkeem Harris, 22. Cooper and Harris were robbery victims, police said.
Cooper’s body was found on North Euclid Street in East Liberty last April. Harris’ body was found last May on Villanova Road in Morningside.
Davis, 21, was held for trial Friday.
“This guy was out of control. I mean, you shoot three people within 26 days,” said Mark Tranquilli, deputy district attorney.
Police said they were led to Davis because he shot a man in the foot this month.
