PITTSBURGH —
Christine Korbe, 40, is accused of shooting Special Agent Samuel Hicks when FBI agents raided her and her husband Robert Ralph Korbe's home on Nov. 19.
On Thursday, Allegheny County police filed the charges related to illegal gambling and poker machines against Korbe's father, brother and sister.
According to the criminal complaint Allegheny County detectives came to D J Variety store in Sharpsburg about a month ago, asked to play video poker and were taken taken to a back room where there were four machines.
Gilbert Roland Sr., Gilbert Roland Jr. and Darlene Waksmunski are the three people charged.
Korbe's father, Roland Sr., is also facing charges for what investigators said they found when they served a search warrant on the family's Shaler home.
According to court documents, investigators seized seven handguns, two shot guns, an AK 47 and several other loaded, unsecured guns.
Because the guns were found near the rooms of Roland's grandchildren, both he and his son are also charged with endangering the welfare of children.
The family of Christina Korbe issued a statement on Thursday charging law enforcement with harassment.
The statement said, "Their goal in our opinion is to destroy the support structure of Christine Korbe and terrorize her family and her children. Mr. Roland is a retired senior citizen with a spotless record. He has been a participating member of the National Rifle Association (NRA). All weapons which were in his possession were in either locked desk drawers, rooms which are normally locked or buried deeply in the basement or garage which are non living areas of the home. Everything they have done to this point is to extract Revenge, not justice."
