First Suspected Case Of Swine Flu At RMU

 

MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. —

Robert Morris University reported that there has been a suspected case of the H1N1 virus.

The student is a commuter and has been recuperating in isolation.

This is the first suspected case of the flu virus among Robert Morris students and faculty.

The university has taken measures to prevent the spread of a flu outbreak, including a public information campaign on campus promoting good health habits as well as the installation of hand sanitizer dispensers.

Pending availability, the university plans to offer students, faculty and staff the H1N1 vaccination.
