Latrobe Brewing Co., Unnamed Buyer To Sign Letter Of Intent

LATROBE, Pa. —

The secrecy surrounding the sale of Latrobe Brewing Company could end Tuesday.

Gov. Ed Rendell said a letter of intent between the company and the unnamed buyer was supposed to be signed Friday but was delayed.

He said the letter will be finalized no later than Tuesday.

Some potential buyers include Sierra Nevada Brewing Company and DG Yuengling and Son of Pottsville, Pa.

Rendell said the buyer has not been named due to a confidentiality agreement.
