SARVER, Pa. —
The company provides school buses for 30 districts throughout the Pittsburgh-area, including Leechburg, Knoch, Freeport, Burrell and Springdale.
The bus company has gotten word that local students with swine flu have been riding buses to and from school, so Roenigk is making sure its buses are germ-free.

Channel 11 was with Aaron Silverman Monday as he prepared to pummel the germs on a bus. His backpack was full of product. “We just take precautions we need to,” said Silverman.
Row by row, he soaked the seats, disinfecting them. There’s no rule that bus companies have to do it, but Roenigk is cleaning its buses anyway. Channel 11 was on a bus while it was being sprayed. It took only a couple minutes, and the bus smelled pleasant when Silverman was finished. Channel 11 was told there was no need to wear gloves or masks. Silverman said the product used isn’t toxic. “It’s safe. It’s neutralizes everything. We even do handrails,” said Silverman.
Parents are happy about the extra help. “I think anything is a good idea. You can’t keep them in a bubble,” said parent Linda Graner.
Roenigk doesn’t hit every bus every day, but when it gets a call from a district about a sick student or outbreak, it disinfects the buses.
