Local Tavern Receives Noise Complaints, LCB Violations

Owner Says He Has Worked To Fix Problems

SOUTH SIDE, Pa. —

Tavern troubles are causing problems for Pittsburghers at a new hot spot on Pittsburgh's South Side.

On weekend nights, lines to get in the Town Tavern stretch down East Carson Street.

The South Side community council has complained about noise levels.

The Historic Review Commission said the club's blacked-out front windows violate LCB rules.

The owner said he has worked to fix every problem and plans to build a new entrance way and remove the blacked-out windows by the end of August.
