BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. —
Authorities have identified the 89-year-old woman killed in a three-car crash Tuesday morning in Butler County.
According to police, Marcella Fallecker was killed Tuesday about 10 a.m. when her car collided with two trucks on Route 422 at Woodhawk Lane in Franklin Township.
Investigators said Fallecker's car was hit by a Ford utility bucket truck owned by Grove City borough and driven by a 28-year-old borough employee, Chase Badger.
Badger received only minor injuries, though the truck was badly damaged when he tried to avoid the crash and rolled over an embankment.
Police said a third car was hit by Fallecker's vehicle, which spun after it was hit by the truck. The third driver wasn't hurt.
Authorities said Fallecker was pronounced dead at the scene.
