$1M Powerball ticket sold in Homestead

PITTSBURGH —

A Powerball ticket worth $1 million from Wednesday night’s drawing was sold in Homestead

The ticket correctly matched all five white balls drawn -- 06-10-23-41-45 drawn -- but not the red Powerball 01.

The retailer, Lizzie’s Dairy, will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the ticket.

Lottery officials cannot confirm the identity of the winner until the prize is claimed and the ticket is validated. Powerball winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.

The Powerball jackpot grew to an estimated annuity value of $150 million, or $95.2 million cash, for Saturday's drawing.
