JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (AP) —
Officials said five people were injured when a sport utility vehicle driven by an elderly woman crashed through the front of a Johnstown store Thursday afternoon.
According to police, the 78-year-old driver got hung up on a curb and apparently hit the accelerator when trying to brake when she went through the front of a dollar store in Richland Township.
The car traveled about 15 feet into the building, scattering merchandise and customers.
