BELLEVUE, Pa. —
Council members in Bellevue voted against a proposal to allow customers to bring in their own alcohol when seated outside at local restaurants.
Several council members wanted to give restaurants a 45-day trial period for the BYOB proposal.
The proposal was voted down 6-3.
