Bomb threat forces Freedom Area School District to 2-hour delay

BEAVER COUNTY, Pa. —

Students in the Freedom Area School District started class late on Thursday because of a bomb threat.

District leaders said they received an email containing a possible threat on Wednesday.

Officials said all school facilities have been swept and school leaders said they are taking all necessary precautions to ensure their students' safety.
