A 41-year-old woman is facing charges after police said she stole more than $50,000 from a 102-year-old woman.
According to police, Candice Kuhn worked as a health care giver for the victim, Harriet Davis, from 2007 to 2011.
Large amounts of money were being withdrawn from Davis' account. Bills were not being paid, and shutoff notices were being sent to her, police said.
The criminal complaint includes more allegations, stating, "At times there was no food in the home," and Davis was "left alone for an entire weekend and was without fluids in excessively warm weather."
Police said Kuhn cost the victim thousands of dollars in overdraft costs and fees from the bank.
Kuhn was arrested at her Greensburg home. She faces theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property charges.
