LAWRENCE COUNTY, Pa. —
A teen getting ready to go to school was hit by a car Friday morning in Lawrence County.
Investigators said the incident happened around 7:30 a.m. on Portersville Road in Ellport Borough.
Emergency dispatchers said the 17-year-old was flown from the scene by medical helicopter. Officials at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh said Travis Aradi is listed in fair condition.
Investigators said an elderly female driver hit the 17-year-old just as he was about to board a school bus.
Police said they are working to determine if the driver will face charges.
