PITTSBURGH (AP) -- Carnegie Mellon University said it is raising tuition for the next class of new students by 4 percent.
The school said in a statement Thursday that tuition for new 2012 undergraduates will be $44,880. Housing will cost $6,810 and board $4,740. Current students will see their tuition rise by 3 percent for the next academic year.
The school said nearly half of all undergraduate students receive some form of financial aid.
