BEECHVIEW, Pa. —
Several people were awakened in the middle of the night to find water flooding their homes after a water main break in Beechview.
Officials said the break happened on Boustead Street and sent water running down a hillside into at least three homes on Wenzell Avenue.
Channel 11's Brittny McGraw reported that about two feet of water was in some people's basements.
PA American Water officials said a dozen homes are without service and the break should be repaired by Wednesday afternoon.
