A Duquesne Heights couple will spend three years on probation for hacking into the computer of a Pittsburgh law firm that had fired the wife, a federal judge ruled Friday.
Jonathan Cunningham, 29, and Alyson Cunningham, 26, pleaded guilty in June to recklessly damaging a computer and password trafficking.
U.S. District Judge David Cercone also sentenced them to 300 hours of community service and ordered them to pay $2,445 in restitution to the law firm.
