BELLEFONTE, Pa. (AP) —

Lawyers and court personnel are assembling in a central Pennsyvlania courtroom for what's expected to be a short hearing on a lawsuit against Penn State.

The Monday morning proceeding at the Centre County Courthouse involves the school's objections to former assistant football coach Mike McQueary's whistleblower and defamation claims.

McQueary is seeking millions in damages for how he said he was treated after reporting having seen Jerry Sandusky showering with a boy in 2001.

The university is asking a judge to dismiss the claim.
