MONESSEN, Pa. —
Police said a former employee of Mon Valley Hospital forged and cashed thousands worth of corporate checks.
Investigators said Joseph Bozik worked as the budget manager and over a period of time stole the money and altered accounting records for his own personal financial gain.
Police said after an external independent audit, it was discovered that the hospital lost about $75,000.
Bozik is facing several charges including theft, forgery and tempering with records.
