EAST LIBERTY, Pa. —
A man accused of making a bomb threat inside an East Liberty store Tuesday remains jailed.
According to the criminal complaint, 65-year-old Gary Parker walked into the East Liberty Target store with a gasoline container and yelled, “This is a bomb threat.”
The complaint said an employee heard Parker yell the threat at least twice before alerting authorities.
Parker was arrested and charged with risking a catastrophe, facsimile weapons of mass destruction, terroristic threats and possessing an incendiary device.
He remains jailed on $20,000 bond and faces a preliminary hearing Jan. 7.
