KISKI, Pa. —
The bomb squad was called to an Armstrong County police department Wednesday afternoon after a man brought in a grenade.
According to police, the man told officers he was cleaning out a woman’s house and found the grenade.
He said he brought it to the Kiski Township police department because he didn’t know what to do with it.
Authorities said an officer put the grenade in a burn barrel until the bomb squad arrived and took it away.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
