JACKSONVILLE, Fla. —

Jacksonville police arrest a man for murder after he allegedly shot his friend during an argument…

Police got a call about a disturbance and then another about a shooting at the same residence.   When they got to 4737 Radcliffe Court they found 46-year-old Neville Barrett with four gunshot wounds.  They arrested 52-year-old Aaron Kaiser on a murder charge.

"These two individuals knew each other for the past thirteen years.  They were so-called friends," said Lt. Rob Schoonover with JSO's homicide unit.

Police say  people told them Kaiser and Barrett would fight constantly.  They say Kaiser admitted to the shooting during questioning but said he didn’t know why he did it and couldn’t remember what the argument was about.
