BROWNSVILLE, Pa. —
Uniontown City police filed harassment charges Wednesday against the principal of Brownsville Middle School, authorities said.
The school district’s solicitor said the charge stems from a child custody issue between Vincent Nesser and his daughter’s mother.
According to police, Nesser is accused of making threats against the woman’s life.
He was charged with a similar offense in 2009, Channel 11’s Courtney Brennan reported.
The solicitor said the district is aware of both charges and Nesser will stay in his position.
The district plans on waiting for the outcome of the preliminary hearing before making any decisions.
