BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. —
The Moniteau School District has reversed a previous decision and will not forfeit two upcoming games amid a recent hazing scandal.
The alleged hazing happened in August during football camp. The school board voted this week to participate in the games after players' parents came forward.
The parents said it was unfair to punish the entire team, which also includes the victims.
Officials said the students involved in the hazing were kicked off of the team and some were suspended from school.
