Police are investigating a rash of burglaries in the Pittsburgh area in the past week.
Authorities said the suspect began on May 13, and the robberies continued to get more violent.
Police said more than a half-dozen gas stations and convenience stores were robbed since Friday.
Garfield, Lawrenceville, Banksville and Troy Hill have been targeted the most, officials said.
Authorities said patrons inside Parrots Pub in Troy Hill were held at gunpoint Saturday night and ordered to empty their pockets. It’s unknown how much the suspect got away with.
Two convenience-store clerks were assaulted during separate robberies Monday around 4 a.m., police said.
“We have a lot of older people in our neighborhood and they don’t want to go out right now. That isn’t fair,” Judy Gayda said. Gayda has owned a florist in Lawrenceville for 43 years.
Authorities have not released any information about potential suspects.
Anyone with information on the burglaries is asked to contact police.
