STOWE TOWNSHIP, Pa. —

Police arrested a man Tuesday night accused of sitting outside of a Stowe Township business for several days with a loaded gun.

Authorities said they were alerted to the situation by employees of the business who said Mufid Ghulic, 44, had been sitting outside for days.

According to police, when detectives arrived, they found Ghulic inside the business’ security gates with a loaded gun by his side.

“We didn’t know what the alleged suspect’s motives were. Was he going to use it? So we took every precaution we could,” Stowe Township Police Chief Matthew Preininger said.

Police said Ghulic told them he was there to confront a man who was involved with his ex-girlfriend.

“He did make comments that he wanted to punch the individual, and basically end the individual,” Preininger said.

Authorities arrested Ghulic at the scene and charged him with trespassing, stalking and making terroristic threats.
