Pitcairn, Pa. —
Police said they are looking for a man accused of attempting to run over a police officer in Pitcairn over the weekend.
Investigators said the incident happened on Second Street Sunday night.
During the incident, police said the officer fired at the driver in an SUV in order to protect himself.
County detectives said they are looking for a silver SUV. Investigators said the vehicle has two possible Pennsylvania license plates: JCB-3522 or JBC-3522.
