A missing 13-year-old boy was found safe Monday night in Maryland after he drove his mother's car from Pittsburgh.
Dylan Fera, 13, disappeared from Indiana Township on Sunday, police said. Authorities found him at a campground in Oakland, Maryland, about 5 p.m. Monday.
Investigators said they believe Fera stopped for gas at least once before stopping at the campground.
According to Dylan's mother, he moved to Pittsburgh in June after his parents got divorced and hasn't been adjusting to school. His mother said he hasn't made friends and has been asking to move back to Maryland.
Dylan's mother said she saw him about 11 p.m. Sunday getting something from the refrigerator, and when she woke up at 7 a.m. Monday, he was gone.
Investigators said Dylan was driving his mother's white Buick Rendezvous SUV.
